Responsibilities Include:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with agents and their teams
• Assist with onboarding new agents and participate in recruitment activities
• Understand agent goals and deliver personalised support solutions
• Collaborate with third-party providers and tech partners to add value
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, structures, and processes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address agent needs promptly
• Coordinate with the marketing agency on campaigns and strategies
• Conduct training with remote professional teams to ensure ongoing performance
• Assist with operational duties to support agents' success
• Champion a culture of high-performance and accountability

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous real estate or property experience highly regarded
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Professional presentation and corporate communication skills
• Tech-savvy with strong skills across Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed
• Previous experience in a client-facing or operational support role
• Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and be hands-on
• Full Australian working rights
