About the role

This full-time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Racing X Media Pty Ltd in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. As a key member of the marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and managing the company's social media presence to support the growth and brand strategy of the business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing creative design solutions across a range of marketing materials, including social media content, website assets, advertisements, and promotional collateral

Managing the company's social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement

Collaborating with the marketing team to align visual branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives

Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices to continuously improve the company's online presence

Providing support and guidance to other team members on design and social media-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of design work and a track record of successful social media campaigns

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools

Strong understanding of brand identity, visual design principles, and creative problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design and social media trends and best practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
