Company Description: We are a long standing female founder led young and vibrant company based in Burleigh Heads. Our company The Hadrill Hair Group encompasses our salon group Emilly Hadrill Hair (4 luxury hair salons in Australia) as well as our hair extension and hair care company Jadore Hair/Hadrill Hair Global.

We have specialised in luxurious products for the hair industry and consumer and due to our growth in the e-commerce side of our business, and our international expansion to Europe, we are seeking a results driven creative to join our team as a social media co-ordinator.

Job Description: Managing the social media posting, video editing and community building. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute engaging content across all social media channels with a 2 week plan (3 company profiles)

Incorporate product shopping on social media posts

Video editing to create paid advert material

Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Monitoring and re-posting collaborated content

Build and manage ambassador/influencer community for B2B and B2C

Look for areas of opportunity for business growth

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of different posting strategies

Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Work with our marketing team for marketing campaign initiatives

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, with a focus on e-comm

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications preferred

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.) and social media management tools.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail and creativity.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
