📌 About the Role
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility and support broader marketing goals.
Plan and manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Create compelling, on-brand multimedia content (copy, images, video) that resonates with target audiences.
Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maximise engagement.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media touchpoints.
2. Community Management, Engagement & Reporting
Monitor, moderate, and respond to online community interactions promptly (within 48 hours).
Execute strategies to grow audience size and boost engagement metrics like likes, shares, views, and comments.
Analyse performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and optimisation suggestions.
Oversee and manage social media competitions, including drafting terms and liaising with winners.
3. Collaboration, Influencers & Stakeholder Relationships
Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to align campaigns and deliver integrated outcomes.
Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships—assess fit, create briefs, oversee content creation, and track ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and franchise/store networks.
Provide professional and timely support to internal teams, external collaborators, and marketing partners.
Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand standards, company values, and internal processes.
Experience & Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in a social media, content, or marketing role.
Proven ability to create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors, including briefing and content reviews.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Proficiency with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
