Our mission is to help residential builders transform their businesses into well-systemized, profitable companies that give them more time, financial freedom, and control.
Our marketing is already growing our member base through advertising and webinar campaigns, and we have big plans for 2025… But we're ready to turn pro with our visual creative game. That's where you come in.
The Challenge We're Facing
We’re great at writing copy and messaging that resonate with builders, but we need someone who can translate these messages into scroll-stopping, share-worthy visual content that captures attention and drives action.
We need someone who sees possibilities we don't, spots trends before they're mainstream, and can transform ordinary footage into stories that sell. You need to have the ability to produce quality, scroll-stopping and high-converting content consistently. This means you’re a player-coach who can build a content machine and produce the final creatives yourself.
As our Social Media Creative Strategist, you'll collaborate closely with our brand, acquisition and events team who develop the messaging and scripts. You'll take ownership of the visual direction, working with and providing guidance to our external editing agency. You'll report to the CMO as part of our high-performing marketing team.
The Standards You’ll Drive:
Set Our Creative Vision: Take our scripts and transform them into visually compelling content (ads and images) that stops the scroll and drives engagement.
Direct Production: Lead editing processes, providing clear direction to ensure exceptional quality.
Content Repurposing: Leverage AI tools to transform our existing podcasts and content library into fresh, engaging reels and images for organic social media
Spot & Implement Trends: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends and adapt them to our brand and audience.
Team Collaboration: Partner with our marketing & events teams to enhance their scripts visually to execute your creative vision.
Concept Development: Create images, storyboards and creative concepts that bring our marketing messages to life in unexpected ways.
Visual Asset Management: Build and maintain our B-roll library, ensuring we always have quality footage at our disposal.
Multi-Channel Excellence: Design catchy images and graphics that perform across all our social channels and ad placements including Meta, YouTube, web pages and LinkedIn.
We Are Looking For a World-Class Creative Who:
Has 3+ years experience turning marketing strategies into high-performing creative assets
Demonstrates a portfolio of scroll-stopping social content that delivered real business results
Possesses expertise in visual storytelling for direct-response marketing
Has directed creative that supported $100k+ in ad spend
Can work FAST without sacrificing quality – we move at the speed of digital
Brings a deep understanding of what makes content perform on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Is a self-starter and will take ownership of our creative direction
Knows how to analyze creative performance data and optimize based on results.
Able to pair design elements with sales-worth conversion strategies.
Technical Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Knowledge of animation principles and tools (After Effects, etc.)
Experience with AI tools like Claude & ChatGPT and prompt engineering
Ability to identify high-value segments from long-form content that can be repurposed for social media
Understanding of graphic design & video fundamentals and current trends
