We are looking for a skilled person to join our Settlements team. An enthusiastic can-do attitude is a must, relevant experience is not required but a desire to learn is.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Document/settlement prep
• CRM and system maintenance
• Customer service excellence
• Support the brokers with the deal flow including follow-ups
• Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders
• Liaise with customers, and any required external parties to co-ordinate settlements.
• Monitoring and managing the document/settlement pipeline and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assisting with post-settlement customer inquiries
• Adhering to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain and build relationships with clients and external parties
