Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Admin manager with some some marketing experience. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team with administrative tasks and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings. Your contributions will be essential to the success of our office. I

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Sales agents and office staff.

Preparation and processing of Contracts and Form 1’s.

Liaise with conveyancers.

Manage office communication, including emails, phone calls, and appointments.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for property listings.

Create engaging content for social media and online marketing platforms.

Maintain and update property listings on our website and third-party platforms.

Key Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Canva.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in real estate or marketing is a plus.

A passion for real estate and marketing.
