We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our young and friendly Customer Service and Order Processing area of the business, working directly with our customers to help them find their perfect gifts.
We are seeking someone who is highly productive and understands what it takes to leave a positive impression on our customers.
Key duties and responsibilities:
First point of call for all inbound calls and sales orders
Help customers meet their needs, from providing product and gifting advice to placing an online order, tracking their delivery and processing returns
Responding to tickets in a timely manner
Multitasking across multiple systems
Assist preparing online order paperwork when required
During peak periods, handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats and tickets as well as outbound follow-ups
Skills and experience:
You are reliable and accountable for the success of your role
You can multi-task, switching from one task to another regularly without making errors
You understand the importance of following company standard operating processes
At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service - ideally for an eCommerce company
You have a great phone manner and genuinely love helping customers
You are not phased about dealing with the odd difficult customer
Experience with customer ticketing system desirable. Eg. Gorgias
Experience using a CRM desirable
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Happy and vibrant personality that lifts culture of those around them
Must have flexibility for additional hours at Christmas for volume
Experience working for eCommerce in a similar role desirable.
