About the Role:

Carbiz is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee vehicle hires and client onboarding, focusing on warranty replacements. As the first point of contact, you'll assist in coordinating hires and returns for our dealership partners and customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and dealerships, support fleet operations, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound inquiries from dealerships and service managers, ensuring vehicles meet customer needs.
• Facilitating smooth onboarding for vehicle hires, coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely communication.
• Working closely with the Operations, Sales, and Fleet teams to manage vehicle availability, returns, and customer requests.
• Ensuring vehicle returns are processed efficiently and according to company procedures.
• Following up with dealerships to ensure timely payment of invoices.

About You:

• Experience in automotive, car rental, or credit hire industries is highly desirable but not essential.
• Prior experience in phone-based customer service or sales is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy.
• Excellent organisational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams, dealerships, and customers, maintaining a high standard of service.
