The role

As the Part time Duty Manager at the Aspley Australian Football and Sporting Club Ltd', you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this dynamic sports and entertainment venue. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations, including customer service, cash handling, and sales

Coordinate and supervise the activities of hospitality and customer service staff to ensure a high level of service delivery

Assist with the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives

Perform other duties as required to support the overall operations of the venue

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar duty management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks

Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
