Now we’re looking for a high-performance Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own this next chapter.

You're here to:

Own growth and lead demand gen across the company

Build a marketing machine that fuels $10M–$20M in scale

Free up the CEO to drive brand, partnerships, and vision — not fix funnels

The Outcomes You'll Own:

Strategic content-to-conversion integration across Podcast, YouTube, Email, Events

Major campaigns launched per quarter

Email list growth quarter over quarter

Lead-to-call show rates

Opt-in rates on funnels

Email open rates with 4–6% CTRs

About the role. What You'll Own & Drive:

Design and drive marketing campaigns that tie together podcast, YouTube, live events, email, funnels, and paid traffic

Build simple, repeatable systems using the latest marketing tools and AI integrations

Own the marketing calendar — no more “spray and pray” chaos

Optimize funnels, nurture sequences, and landing pages for conversions — not just traffic

Work hand-in-hand with our CEO (vision), Creative Director (content assets) and Sales Manager (insights from conversations) to drive aligned, strategic growth

Track and report real results every week (lead flow, conversions, audience growth)

Who You Are:

You have 5+ years of proven marketing execution experience — preferably inside fast-moving startups, coaching, SaaS, education, or agency environments

You are obsessed with performance: you think in campaigns, metrics, conversions, and optimizations

You leverage AI tools to move faster, smarter, and outwork bigger teams without burning out

You love building systems, not just posting content for #vibes

You’re proactive, strategic, and fast-moving — not someone who needs to be spoon-fed

You’re genuinely passionate about the health, fitness, and wellness industry — and you want to apply your skills somewhere that matters personally and professionally

Compensation:

$110K–$140K base + performance bonuses tied to lead generation, campaign execution, and revenue KPIs.

On-target earnings up to $175K+ for top performers.

Location:

Sydney HQ preferred (Hybrid / In-Office Days)

Remote across Australia will be considered for the right weapon.
