Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd is an Australian importer and wholesaler specialising in premium power tools and related products, primarily sourced from Germany. We are based in based in Dandenong South, Victoria, where we operate a modern warehouse, training centre, and repair/service facilities. The primary brand is Festool and we support Fein accessories.

1. Primary Purpose of the Position

Develop, manage, and optimize the ETT marketing automation system to drive acquisition and engagement with target markets.

Implement marketing automation strategies in line with Euro Tooltechnic objectives across various platforms.

Drive revenue growth through dealer in-store sales and the D2C (Direct-to-consumer) website

Maintain high data quality in CRM and related systems; develop future-proof information systems that improve data quality.

Manage new product introductions by coordinating tasks across the team to successfully launch products in the market.

Support the Marketing function by planning, implementing, and completing tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager.

3. Requirements (Selection Criteria)

a) Knowledge and Experience

3+ years’ experience in a marketing automation role, managing the daily administration and continual development of the platform (preferably using tools like Net Results/Paminga, Salesforce, HubSpot or Klaviyo).

Proven project management experience in driving projects to completion with positive results (ROI) with external partners (agencies, vendors).

Solid understanding of marketing automation metrics and analytics, including GA4 – with the aptitude to capture, collate, interpret, critically evaluate, and present data in a meaningful way.

Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and leveraging it for marketing automation activities

The capacity to develop sound knowledge of the company's products and services and always demonstrate a healthy interest in our business.

Experience in adopting a data-driven approach to plan, implement, and measure strategies.

Experience in creating targeted segmentation strategies for specific product marketing.

Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate developments.

Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

General business/marketing acumen with prioritisation of value and ROI.

Sound knowledge and keen interest in keeping abreast of marketing automation best practices and industry benchmarks.

Experience in running loyalty programs and promotions is a bonus.

b) Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Demonstrated project management expertise (Microsoft Planner or similar).

Sound experience in administering marketing automation systems (Net Results/Paminga, Salesforce, HubSpot or Klaviyo).

Open to exploring and implementing new marketing tools that align with business needs and objectives

Demonstrated ability to measure results (via CRM Reporting, GA4, Dashboards), draw insights, make recommendations, and implement changes to systems to maximise results (lead generation, campaign performance), with a passion for adopting a data-driven approach to decision making.

Experience in working with integration projects and systems.

Strong analytical focus with the demonstrated ability to work with numbers and data to analyse, monitor, report on, and measure results.

Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.

Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Advanced user of Microsoft applications, in particular MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to use AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all activities

Strong verbal and written communication skills - meeting facilitation and written reports are key.

Effective project and time management capabilities.

A can-do attitude and general eagerness to drive effective customer results.

Outcome - KPI Target / Description

Marketing Automation System Management & Enhancement - Daily administration, maintenance, and content updates. Develop and manage an annual plan for system/customer experience improvements and future enhancements.

Integrated Campaign & Customer Journey Execution - Design, implement, test, and manage cross-channel campaigns and customer journeys for lead generation, nurture, conversion, retention, and growth per plan.

Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Lead Management - Conduct regular reviews of campaign performance (engagement, conversion), identify trends, and monitor lead status ensuring timely follow-up.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth - Provide timely marketing automation support to the sales team. Develop and implement strategies to drive D2C website and dealer sales revenue.

CRM Data Quality & Process Ownership - Manage warranty registration and related Salesforce processes, ensure data quality (e.g., duplication management), and handle ad-hoc registration queries.

Marketing Program - Manage ongoing programs (e.g., Festool For Schools, Vouchers, Loyalty).

Stakeholder Collaboration - Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to leverage new opportunities and platform capabilities.

Invoice Management - Manage, review and approved marketing automation related invoices
