u&u are excited to be coming to market with this Finance Manager opportunity, focusing on Group Reporting to join a collaborative team. This newly created role offers a chance to step into a critical position that sits at the heart of group reporting for a complex, multi-entity environment.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and unafraid to challenge the status quo with thoughtfulness and insight. A confident communicator and trusted advisor, you’ll have the chance to partner closely with senior executives and finance leaders across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and delivery of high-quality Group financial reports in accordance with ASX and statutory requirements;
• Lead the consolidation process across multiple business units and entities;
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (AASB, IFRS) and corporate governance;
• Support the external audit process and manage key auditor relationships;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across group reporting, controls, and processes;
• Provide technical accounting advice and support to the wider finance team and business; and
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic finance projects and transactions.

About You

• CA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong grounding in technical accounting;
• Big 4 trained or have strong technical experience within complex, large-scale environments;
• Solid experience in ASX reporting requirements, statutory reporting, and listed-company environments;
• Demonstrated success working in a group reporting role for a large, complex organisation;
• Intellectually curious with an innate drive to understand "why" behind the numbers;
• Strong attention to detail, yet able to balance this with broader commercial thinking;
• A natural communicator who builds trust across finance and non-finance stakeholders alike;
• Agile, intuitive and proactive – you anticipate needs before they arise; and
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive, high-performing culture where collaboration is key.
