Part Time Baker, Blackwood SA

Hearth Breads is a small wood oven bakery in Blackwood, specialising primarily in organic sourdough breads.

We are currently seeking a Part Time Baker who is able to work the following hours. (The Friday and Saturday night hours are non negotiable, however, the remaining hours are

7 hours Monday 7am-2pm (sweet and savoury items)

4-5 hours, Tuesday night 6-10pm (shaping doughs)

6 hours, Thursday 7-1pm (sweet and savoury items and some assisting with making doughs)

3 hours, Friday night 6-9pm (assisting shaping doughs)

6 hours, Saturday night 6-12 midnight (shaping doughs)

The main characteristics we are looking

professional experience in shaping doughs

experience in general baking (hand made pastry, cakes, brownies, etc.)

an intelligent, proactive approach to work, with an enthusiasm and satisfaction gained from being good at what you do.
