About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time / Part Time Admin Officer to join the team at Scotherns Electrical, Air Conditioning & Solar in Somerton Park. This Full time / part time role will see you providing essential administrative support to our growing family owned and operated business. We are seeking a candidate with availability to work 5 days per week at our office based in Somerton Park, hours between 9-4 but can be flexible if you need to work around school drop off / pick up.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support including scheduling jobs, ordering materials, general admin tasks

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries

Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Trade industry

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible and adaptable approach to work
