About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll take charge of resource management, team leadership, and operational delivery. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on process improvement and enjoys making things work better—for the team, the business, and our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day operations across teams and projects

Managing workforce needs—recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and training

Overseeing workshop scheduling, drafting tasks, and vehicle maintenance

Ensuring compliance with WHS and quality standards

Managing operational budgets, leave approvals, and timesheets

Driving policy and process improvements across the business

Coordinating supply chains and keeping projects moving

What You’ll Bring

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven experience in operations or production management (engineering or trade-based sector preferred)

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Solid understanding of WHS and quality systems

Confidence working with people, systems, and budgets
