As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do:

In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our sales, installation, admin, and warehouse teams. That means overseeing all aspects of our operations including planning and booking jobs, coordinating across departments, managing stock and logistics, and making sure everything stays on track. You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver great service while keeping our projects on time and within budget.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve got experience in admin or operations, strong communication skills, and you're good with systems and problem-solving — you’ll fit right in. Experience in the solar or renewables space is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.

Expected roles & responsibilities :

Supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales, installation, admin, and warehouse teams.

Planning and booking jobs to keep our schedule running smoothly.

Coordinating between departments to ensure clear communication and workflow.

Managing stock levels, deliveries, and logistics.

Keeping projects on track, on time, and within budget.

Helping deliver a top-quality service experience for our customers.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.

Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What we're looking For:

Solid organisational skills, you like keeping things in order and ticking off to-do lists and checklists.

Good communication, you're comfortable chatting with tradies, office staff, and customers.

Confident with computers, you don’t need to be a tech wizard, just capable with emails, spreadsheets, and basic systems.

Able to juggle tasks and keep calm when things get busy.

A bit of common sense and initiative, you can see what needs doing and get stuck in.

Experience in admin, operations, or scheduling in a trades business is a bonus,

Any background in solar, construction, or trades is a big plus (but not a must),

Reliable, punctual, friendly, and happy to be part of a small, supportive team
