We have an in-house team of tradesmen, delivering top-quality construction and renovation projects across Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula, with opportunities for work in Yorke Peninsula and Kangaroo Island. Our office is conveniently located in South Adelaide.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our diverse team of tradesmen and subcontractors across a variety of job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. Experience with BuildXact or similar project management software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of construction and renovation projects from start to finish

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Lead and coordinate teams, including site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers.

Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes

Identify and resolve operational challenges, keeping projects on track

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and leadership

Prepare progress reports and provide insights to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within the construction/renovations industry

Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Strong financial and budget management skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools
