About the Role
We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Technician who has started their career, who is looking to strengthen their technical skills and client communication skills while being surrounded by Software Engineers to support our clients technical requirements.
Your Role will encompass:
Working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and chat channels
Ensuring all incoming tickets are captured, resolved and/or referred to the correct person for action, and dealt with in the specified guidelines of our Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of our software products from both a functional and technical perspective
Contributing content to the knowledge base in line with established processes
Support a variety of operating systems and applications
Configure and deploy PCs and laptops for staff
Hardware and software asset tracking and inventory management
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office printers and computing equipment with outside vendors
Installation and maintenance of PC hardware (including office equipment such as monitors stands etc.)
Responsible for administering Active Directory domain
Responsible for administering the Microsoft 365 Tenant, including:
Microsoft User IDs and Access
Azure Active Directory
Office 365 Licenses
Office 365 Security & Compliance
Responsible for administering IP phone systems user access.
Responsible for administering or reporting on services or applications such as
Adobe Creative Cloud
2FA Applications
Server and hardware monitoring tools

Skills and Experience
Previous Technical Roles (either Support/Analysts etc.) (must)
Office 365 / Active Directories (must)
Hands on PC Desktop Trouble Shooting / Installation (Nice to have)
Azure (Bonus)
1 years experience minimum
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsible and team oriented
