Responsibilities:
• Plan and create posts for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Aim for 5-6 posts / reels weekly.
• Create at least 1 TikTok video weekly.
• Planning and send out client email marketing (EDM’s). This includes creating, drafting, writing and scheduling.
• Organise and promote studio events, trainer workshops, and community activities. Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation.
• Regularly brainstorm new ideas for promotional posts. Ensuring all 5 of the Pilates Republic Marketing strategies are adhered to.
• Work with partnering brands and businesses to create engagement online and foster long term partnerships.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including trainer documents, contracts and presentations.
• Maintain the studio’s client management system, including updating client records, handling payment processing over the phone and answering questions.
• Maintaining/printing general files including new client forms, flyers and gift certificates.
• Assist with stock management for studio supplies. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Scheduling & finding covers when required.
