NOW IT’S YOUR TURN… THE JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an Executive Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with the business owner to help grow Greenfish Marketing while also helping our awesome clients take their businesses to the next level!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This will be a part-time role, 4-5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week (20-25 hours a week).

You’ll be responsible for assisting with handling internal marketing, Newsletters, Social Media, helping with briefs for other team members, editing content and admin-based tasks, as well as engaging with our clients, creating briefs for the design team and technical teams.

Plus being involved in relaunching an eCommerce business from within the Greenfish Marketing portfolio.

We are based in Geelong Australia, the role would be hybrid with time based in the office (60%) and at home (40%)

You’ll have knowledge in Marketing and Social Platforms.

You’ll be comfortable and happy working online (using tools like Zoom and Google Meets for talking with clients), and you should have a solid track record working with clients.

You’ll build relationships with our clients, with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

You don’t need to know how everything works here at Greenfish Marketing. We’ll train you and support you. Yet, you’ll be expected to learn quickly.

You’ll have an advantage if you have a general understanding of Email Systems, Automation, Customer Service systems & online marketing. (It’s not essential though)
