The Sales Representative plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and contributing to the company’s growth. From managing inquiries to offering tailored product solutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You’ll thrive in this role if you excel in communication, enjoy working towards KPIs, and have a passion for offering innovative solutions.
What you'll be doing
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, offering expert advice on iTechworld products and services.
Handle sales inquiries from email, social media, and internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Work proactively to meet and exceed sales KPIs, including revenue targets and phone call volume.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products by articulating the features and benefits of iTechworld’s offerings.
Generate and provide quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Build and maintain a customer database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Nurture customer relationships by maintaining regular contact, resolving concerns, and seeking feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Attend trade shows, expos, and events to represent the business professionally, provide live demonstrations, and promote iTechworld products.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers.
Act as a key representative of the company, ensuring professionalism in all communication and interactions.
What we're looking for
2 years + proven success in a sales role.
Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
Knowledge of our products.
Excellent communication, influence and negotiating skills.
Ability to develop and sustain strong professional relationships, internal and external.
High sense of urgency.
Customer-first approach.
Strong financial/analytical skills.
Australian driver’s license.
