About the Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and grow into our Recoveries Department. You'll start by working alongside our account managers, gaining hands-on training in our CRM system and business processes for an initial period. After this initial period, you’ll be trained as an Account Manager, taking on more responsibility and playing a key role in our operations.

In this role, some of your tasks will include, but are not limited to, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email and our client portal in relation to their current loan. You will be answering general enquiries, assisting with repayment changes and making payment arrangements with clients who have missed anywhere between 2-100 payments. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure into the legal side of recoveries, for example this could include dealing with clients who have entered financial hardships.

- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating digital systems.
- Strong communication skills

While previous experience in finance is not essential, we are particularly interested in individuals who have a clear, assertive phone manner and a positive “can do” attitude, with experience working in fast-paced, customer-service based roles.
