Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success

Developing skills in others that enable them to become independent and self assured in their ability to manage their NDIS funding.

You will also complete a range of administration that is required to document a person’s progress, internal reports, and as required by the NDIS.

About You…

You are someone that can easily adapt your communication style to build relationships; are able to think outside the box when navigating challenges; and can understand and appreciate individual pace, noticing and celebrating key milestones and the small steps along the way.

With a knowledgeable senior leadership team to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation, you will be supported to deliver amazing services to the community and develop your skills and career!
