About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Administrator to support the Managing Directors and ensure the smooth operation of administrative, compliance, logistical, and coordination tasks within Tanklogix. The role requires strong skills in project coordination, documentation management, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, self-manage, and consistently meet deadlines with a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project schedules, ensuring alignment with deadlines and proactively adjusting timelines as needed to meet project goals.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and service records.
Manage client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and service providers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Support the development and review of project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleanings, and maintenance activities for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals for new projects, ensuring accurate scope and cost estimations.
Review project performance data, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required:
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing, Xero accounting software, and SM8 management software.
Excellent project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
