Role Overview

The role is crucial for maintaining efficient project workflows and achieving deliverables as planned. As a administrator, you are primarily responsible for coordinating building materials projects, tracking progress, managing documentation, and allocating resources to ensure timely, quality-assured, and quantity-compliant project completion.

Key Responsibilities

l Responsible for developing the overall plan for the building material projects, including planning, tracking, and coordinating material flows to ensure timely and cost-effective supply for projects;

l Develop and maintain detailed material schedules aligned with project timelines;

l Communicate and coordinate with team and clients in time, coordinate the work tasks and resource allocation to ensure the smooth progress of the project:

l Monitor the progress and milestones of the projects and timely solve the delays in the project and propose solutions to ensure the completion of the expected progress of the project;

l Assist in handling project change requests, assess the impact and feasibility of changes, and negotiate and communicate with relevant parties to ensure the control and implementation of changes,

l Identify the possible risks encountered in the project; formulate corresponding risk countermeasures and make reasonable changes to the project plan;

l Organize and complete the collection, sorting and archiving of project documents, and establish sound and complete project data files:

Key Requirements:

l PMP certification preferred;

l Bachelor's degree or higher

l Minimum 3 years' experience in project administration or office support role.

l Possess excellent communication skills;

l Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask;

l Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
