Your job? Be their guide. Be their hype-person. Be the one who says:

“I’ve got just the trainer for you.”

You’ll match them with one of our Get Going PT superstars, someone who fits their vibe, their goals, and their schedule. Then you’ll set it all in motion so they can start training without ever stepping foot in a gym.

🤝 You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

Calling new leads and helping them figure out if a mobile PT is right for them

Asking good questions, listening even better, and taking clear notes

Matching clients with a trainer that suits their goals, vibe, and availability

Setting up their account, booking them in, and making the transition seamless

Following up after their first session to answer questions and seal the deal

💡 You’ll Be Great If You:

Have some experience in sales or customer service (fitness or health-related is a bonus!)

Are confident on the phone and can hold a real, human conversation

Are organised, reliable, and a bit of a natural problem-solver

Genuinely care about people and want to help them improve their health

Know your way around a calendar, a CRM (or can learn very fast)

Have a few evenings and a Saturday or Sunday available each week (we work around people’s lives)

Full face-to-face training with our team (2 weeks in person)

Remote flexibility after that, work from home, your local café (or Bali if it floats your boat)
