About the role

Wellnesswares Group Pty Ltd, a leading provider of premium hardware for well being is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team in Forest Glen, Queensland. In this part-time position you thrive in a consultative sales environment with no cold calling required.

What you'll be doing

You will consult with leading interior design and architectural professionals, health conscious home owners, luxury home builders and property developers.

Manage and nurture an existing B2B partners and B2C stake holders to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements

Assist with customer product selections and close sales, ensuring customers receive an exceptional purchasing and product experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Provide timely customer and project follow up.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to become a trusted advisor to our customers

What we're looking for

Passion for home design, health and wellness products and a desire to help customers achieve their wellness and design outcomes.

2+ years of experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the design, hospitality and or wellness industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Sound negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and objections effectively

Familiar in using CRM and Inventory Management systems
