ABOUT THE ROLE.

As a Senior Facade Engineer you will take charge of high-impact projects that will elevate your professional experience. Working alongside the engineering team, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough evaluating technical drawings, and producing comprehensive reports based on your assessments. You’ll also maintain close communication with project managers and stakeholders, swiftly addressing challenges and driving projects forward with efficiency and precision.

DUTIES.

• Facade analysis and coordination of facade components such as curtain wall, glazed walls, waterproofing and facade ventilation.
• Conduct site inspections and fulfill detailed reports.
• Train and mentor Junior Engineers
• Conduct building diagnostics and access reports.
• Design projects using Strand7 software.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Degree qualifications in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years local Facade Engineering experience.
• Experienced with Class 2 buildings.
• Proficient with Strand7 and other related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Design Building Practitioners Act (DBP) - Advantageous
• Ropes Access - Advantageous
