The Role:

Working closely with the Pre-Contracts Manager and Directors, you'll be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders across a range of civil projects. The focus is on Sydney Water packages, pipelines, sewer and water reticulation, and associated infrastructure-so familiarity with the specifications and codes is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed first-principles estimates and tender submissions

Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Identify and mitigate risk within tenders

Assist in project handover and value engineering opportunities

Contribute to bid strategy and pre-contract discussions

What You'll Bring:

Strong experience estimating civil infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to Sydney Water

Working knowledge of Sydney Water standards and estimating requirements

Solid understanding of construction methodologies and pricing

Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team

Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen

Engineering or construction-related qualification preferred
