Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Dispatch and Warehousing Officer to take charge of day-to-day dispatch and receivals operations. In this vital role, you'll play a key part in supporting pick and pack processes, maintaining smooth warehouse flow, and ensuring safety and operational standards are met at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of safe and timely dispatch and receival operations, including booking freight and providing ETAs to clients.

Prepare dispatch paperwork, process goods receipting, and oversee unloading and quality checks of incoming stock.

Lead and support daily picking, packing, and dispatch tasks to meet DIFOT and order targets, coordinating closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service team.

Operate forklifts safely, participate in regular cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.

Conduct workplace inspections, safety checks, and toolbox talks while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Support the onboarding of new staff and assist in organising equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements:

✅ Valid Forklift Licence

✅Proficiency in computers and inventory management systems.
✅ A Certificate III in Warehouse Logistics, Business, or higher is highly regarded.
✅ Experience in load scheduling and warehouse dispatch operations.
✅ Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a structured WHS and quality environment.
✅ Personal integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
✅ Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
