About the Role:

Rakkas Kingston is a modern Turkish dining restaurant located on the vibrant Kingston Foreshore.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our established and award-winning venue, known for delivering a refined fine dining experience with a contemporary Turkish influence.

You will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a commitment to the highest standards in food and service.

You will be leading a skilled kitchen team of six, working in a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The role offers the freedom to explore creative menu ideas, collaborate on seasonal offerings, and continue elevating the guest experience.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate, but we are willing to wait for the best fit.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a kitchen team

In-depth understanding of cost control, food safety, and kitchen operations

A passion for crafting exceptional dishes and elevating the guest experience

Ability to create, innovate, and execute seasonal menus to the highest standard

A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example

Our Service Hours:

Tuesday – Saturday:

Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Closed on Sundays and Mondays
