We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead our retail store in Fairfield. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for customer service, team leadership, and retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, margins, and KPIs.

Oversee ordering, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth product flow.

Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a strong culture and service focus.

Drive operational improvements to ensure efficiency and profitability.

About You:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in food, grocery, or specialty retail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and support a diverse team.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Customer-first mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Experience with rostering, budgeting, and stock management systems.
