About You:

Experience: Minimum of 3 year's experience in commercial construction estimating.

Technical Skills: Proficient in BuildSoft/Cubit Professional or similar estimating software.

Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of project costings and the ability to manage complex tenders.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation ability.

Organised & Proactive: Capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Team Player: Motivated, punctual, and enthusiastic with a collaborative mindset
