About the Role:
We are seeking a Transport & Warehouse Support Officer to assist supervisors in managing the receiving, storing, picking, and loading of products while ensuring full compliance with company policies, OH&S regulations, and HACCP standards. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive and organised individual with a strong focus on operational efficiency, workplace safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supervisors with daily warehouse and transport operations.
• Implement and uphold HACCP, quality, and food safety standards; ensure audit readiness.
• Enforce Occupational Health & Safety policies and manage workers' compensation requirements.
• Monitor picking accuracy, delivery performance, overtime, wages, and freight budgets.
• Oversee site operations, administration, and assist in growing the client base.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development in safe work practices.
• Manage customer relationships, promptly addressing and resolving complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and operational standards.
• Drive company vehicles safely and maintain a professional company image.
• Provide reporting to the General Manager VIC/TAS.
