Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, Seek the experience of Product Manager for a long 12 + 12 + 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and priorities.
• Prioritise resources to meet product goals, including allocating budget, personnel, and technology resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and market trends, and to gather input and feedback on product plans.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities for product innovation and growth.
• Professional certification in Product Management or aligned roles. For example: o Certified Product Manager (CPM) by AIPMM or Product Manager Certification (PMC) by Product School. o Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I).

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience
• Ability to create product roadmaps, define product vision, and align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
• Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and features based on value and impact.
• Ability to manage and prioritise the product backlog effectively.
• Proficiency in working with a range of Product Management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, or similar for product planning and collaboration).
