The Role​

You'll contribute across the full lifecycle (design, build and run) of multiple digital products. You might be:

A hands-on Cloud Architect who enjoys solving real problems and seeing solutions through to production

A Cloud/Site Reliability Engineer who balances technical excellence with sustainable practices, creating well-documented infrastructure that benefits the entire team

A Backend Developer with cloud-native experience looking to deepen AWS/Azure skills

A cloud professional who brings unique skills and collaborative spirit to our team

How We Work​

We design, build and run digital products through two primary approaches:

Sprint Style: Building new products or significant enhancements in multidisciplinary teams

Kanban Style: Supporting and maintaining active products with a focus on security and reliability

Unlike traditional "bodyshop" vendors, we build cohesive teams that deliver complete products. As a Cloud Specialist, you'll typically:

Work across 2-3 product teams, with more emphasis on support and maintenance

Participate in our incident response rotation (with on-call allowance)

Benefit from our "break glass" arrangement that guarantees minimum compensation for any after-hours incidents

We value focus time and thoughtfully manage team composition to balance continuity with fresh perspectives.

Skills and Abilities​

Experience with modern DevOps tools including CI/CD, monitoring stacks, and Infrastructure as Code

Familiarity with technologies like Node/TypeScript/React, Python/Django, Pulumi, Terraform, or AI tools is valuable, but your ability to learn new technologies is more important as our toolset evolves

Collaborative approach that welcomes cloud-curious developers and stakeholders

Professional client-facing communication skills

Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required)
