The Opportunity
As Icon Water embarks on a major digital transformation, this newly created role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact. You’ll be a pivotal player in driving efficiencies and aligning key business functions to achieve business goals.
In this permanent ongoing role, you will:
- Work with a variety of systems, navigating and integrating different technologies to ensure streamlined solutions
- Partner closely with key corporate business units to understand their needs, align priorities, and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Improve processes to ensure the applications are delivering maximum value

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver 2nd level support for SaaS-based finance, HR/payroll, and related corporate applications
- Resolve integration issues (APIs, web services, sFTP, authentication)
- Administer and monitor system access, security, and performance
- Troubleshoot application errors, coordinate fixes with vendors
- Support documentation, content governance, and release roadmaps
- Liaise with business stakeholders on change requests and upgrades
The Ideal Person
You're a proactive and solutions-focused applications professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative working style. You’re confident engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and you take pride in delivering high-performing, secure, and user-centred application support.
You have hands-on experience supporting corporate applications, particularly SaaS ERP, finance and HR systems, and you’re comfortable navigating integrated environments. Your experience includes working with SharePoint Online, developing workflows and forms, and managing vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and application improvements.
Technically, you bring a strong foundation across a modern applications portfolio, including Microsoft technologies and frameworks such as Azure, M365, DevOps, and ITIL. You’re someone who can manage competing priorities, takes initiative in resolving problems, and brings a continuous improvement and growth mindset to everything you do.
Naturally, experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries would be a bonus.
Salary / Rate
The salary band starts at $115,479 + 15% Super.
