The opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing to join Creative Serum Pty Ltd.
Reporting directly to the founder, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term revenue targets.

As a critical member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored digital solutions, and working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure client success and retention.

Key responsibilities

Prospecting and generating new business opportunities in the digital marketing space

Identifying and targeting potential clients, building relationships, and converting them into paying customers

Presenting and pitching Creative Serum's digital marketing services to secure new contracts

Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets

Collaborating closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution

Providing regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to the leadership team

Continuously seeking out new market trends and client needs to uncover fresh opportunities

Actively participating in industry events and networking activities to build brand awareness and a strong network

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry.

Proven success in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business across multiple service lines.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at both strategic and operational levels.

Strong commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of digital marketing strategy and the ability to position solutions that align to client goals.

Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
