About the Role

If you have experience in consultative account management and selling, comfortable picking up the phone, with a tenacity for cold calling and confidence to get out there and develop new business face to face - this is your chance to carve a niche for yourself working alongside a talented team of digital marketing experts in an entry level Business Development Manage role. You’ll have the opportunity to make this role your own as you build and manage your book of business (that’s right!) and work closely with our sales support and post-sales team of experts who know our business, our clients and the digital marketing industry.

You'll be a savvy and confident relationship manager, and bring your passion for generating clients through effective prospecting techniques. With a strategic focus on acquiring new marketing and software clients, you'll work alongside an awesome bunch of people committed to supporting and helping you grow your career, gain confidence to educate clients on our products and their benefits, providing value-added solutions to best suit their needs, and help not only transform but grow their business online.

We'll arm you with digital marketing training, on-the-job coaching and given all the support you need to do what you do best...all you need to bring is your outstanding relationship and account and new business development experience, passion, confidence, the right attitude, motivation and a desire to succeed.

What we're looking for:

You have a blend of account/relationship management and face-to-face B2B new business development and cold-calling experience

You have face to face solution selling exposure or experience and a proven track record of success

You have a well-crafted sales process/methodology (or willingness to learn)

You’re super organised with outstanding communication and negotiation skills

You’re a trusted advisor who shares in your clients’ success

You have a good understanding and passion for digital marketing/paid search advertising

You’re highly motivated

You build rapport and develop long lasting business relationships

You have a high level of personal integrity and initiative

You have CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar an advantage)
