With exciting new projects ready to commence, we are seeking an experienced, design-driven Architect to join our collaborative team and help shape the future of premium construction.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in leading high-end residential and commercial developments from concept through to completion. Working closely with our in-house construction team and valued clients, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding design outcomes, detailed documentation, and seamless project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural designs tailored to client briefs

Lead projects across all stages — concept, DA, construction documentation and specification

Coordinate with consultants, builders, and authorities to drive project success

Produce detailed, high-quality construction documentation

Manage multiple projects with attention to design integrity, deadlines, and budgets

Contribute to and uphold Thomasz's commitment to excellence in design and client service

About You

You are a passionate and detail-oriented architect who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves delivering projects of the highest standard.

You will Need:

A Bachelor/Master's degree in Architecture

Minimum 8 years' post-graduate experience (preferably in Australia)

Proven experience delivering luxury residential and/or commercial projects

Strong design flair and excellent technical documentation skills

Proficiency in Revit and/ or Archicad (preferred)

Solid knowledge of BCA/NCC, local planning regulations, and construction detailing

Excellent communication, client liaison, and project management skills

Current architectural registration or close to completion
