This award-winning studio is seeking a talented Graduate of Architecture or Architect to join their collaborative team, focusing on luxury multi-residential & commercial projects. With a reputation for considered design and lasting client relationships, this role offers the perfect opportunity for a passionate architect with 4–6 years of experience to step into a pivotal role and work across beautifully resolved multi-residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver design-focused multi-residential & commercial projects from early concept through to construction

Work independently and collaboratively across various project stages

Interpret briefs, resolve technical detailing, and ensure design intent is maintained

Liaise confidently with consultants and clients to support project delivery

Contribute to studio culture, design reviews, and documentation excellence

Skills & Experience

4–6 years of post-grad experience, with a strong portfolio in residential architecture

Architectural registration (or on the pathway) preferred

Proficiency in Revit essential

Confident in DD, documentation, and construction phase services

Sound understanding of local planning controls, NCC, and BCA

Excellent communication and time management skills
