Outstanding new position for a highly competent Project Architect to start immediately!

Located on the fringe of Melbourne city and with studios in Geelong and around Australia, this medium-sized office is busy, and the Directors are keen to help lighten the load for their staff.

The successful candidate will work as an all-round Architect from inception through to completion on projects in the educational and public sectors.

Experience & Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• ARBV Registered Architect
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Work closely with clients to determine requirements and develop design concepts
• Coordinate and complete design development and documentation
• Proven background running projects on site through to construction completion
• Develop and maintain client and constructor relationships
• Coordinate sub-consultants, liaise with Council
• Oversee and coordinate the work of junior architects and other team members
• Lead and manage project meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Strong design and technical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

With several educational projects (>$10M) currently in design development and construction phases, you must be well versed and understand the nuances that arise in this sector.

There is the potential flexibility for this role to be based on a 4-day working week and could see you working between the Geelong and Melbourne studio.

Salary expectations negotiable, based on the depth of your experience but anticipated to be circa $110,000 plus Superannuation.
