CP–HA is an architectural practice predominantly working in the heritage and commercial refurbishment market in Western Australia. We are dedicated to listening to and making things better for our clients by delivering carefully considered design and heritage outcomes. We are a highly client focused and supportive team.

Due to growth of the team, CP–HA are looking for an Australian Registered Architect, or an experienced Graduate of Architecture to join the team. We work on Apple Mac computers using ArchiCAD.

The practice is located in South Perth, with excellent freeway and public transport links, and an abundance of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The studio has a gym, sauna and end of trip facilities and custom fit-out to suit collaborative work.

The position may be either full or part time, to be agreed between the applicant and CP–HA. An immediate start is available.

About You

An interest in heritage projects, sustainable design and accessible design.

An interest in, and knowledge of, design in general including architecture, interiors, adaptive re-use and product design.

Be a precise and articulate person, with high attention to detail.

Requirements

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

Have a high level of knowledgeable about Australian building practices, the NCC and statutory processes.

Have outstanding ArchiCAD® skills (essential), and be willing to upskill as needed.

Be highly skilled with the use of 3D modelling software, such as Twinmotion® / Enscape.

Be competent and meticulous to prepare drawings and other technical materials required for a project from inception to handover.

Have highly developed and accurate technical writing skills.

Have exemplary interpersonal skills both as part of our team and with our established client base.

Be able to focus to deliver parts or a whole project within required timeframes.

An ability to listen to, respond and implement client needs with respect is essential.
