The operations manager role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the operations of multi-sited portfolio
Key Criteria
Experience at the senior management level of F&B Operations
A passion for hospitality, food trends, own ideas and initiatives
Sound business acumen, with a good understanding of P&L’s and F&B metrics.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Good understanding of F&B software systems, POS, booking, e-commerce
