About the role
Eleanora, is looking for a dedicated and experienced front of house wait person to join our dynamic team in Ballarat, Victoria. As a front of house team member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is position is for part time hours only and offers a competitive remuneration and opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

Providing prompt and courteous table service to customers

Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff

Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and drinks

Handling cash and processing payments efficiently

Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting

Previous experience in fine dinning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A passion for food and beverage and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience

A flexible and team-oriented approach to work

Availability to work day and nights across the seven days

This position is not suitable for university students.

A passion for food and wine with an above average knowledge of wine.
