Shadowfax Winery & Restaurant, located in the prestigious Werribee Park precinct, is seeking an experienced hospitality enthusiast to join its busy Front of House team as a casual section waiter.

It’s a fast-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in an a la carte restaurant environment as a section waiter, providing full table and wine service
• Experience using Seven Rooms and Order Mate is advantageous
• A keen interest in Mediterranean food and knowledge of basic wine varietals
• A passion to provide outstanding service and a memorable customer experience by demonstrating a professional approach and displaying initiative and genuine hospitality
• A valid Victorian RSA
• Three plate carry

Availability

Wednesday to Sunday from 11am as required. Full weekend availability is essential for this role.
