About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Wait Staff to join our dynamic team at Rock Salt @ Noosa', a popular award winning, family owned restaurant in the heart of Noosa Heads, Queensland. We are the longest running, Chef owned restaurant in Noosa.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers

Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar

Assisting with setting and clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Answering customer questions about the menu and making recommendations

Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar waiting staff or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Passion for food, beverage and providing exceptional customer service
