We are seeking a switched on individual to support our Senior Property Manager servicing some of Pyrmont's most prestigious apartments. If you are passionate about real estate and looking to strengthen your skills we want you.
This role is offered on a part time basis for 3 days per week. Talk to us about the days that suit you.

No car required, uber account provided for all travel.
Responsibilities include:
Organize and complete routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections.
Liaise with tenants for access details and ensure smooth inspection processes.
Conduct thorough inspections with detailed reports and photos/videos.
Report inspection outcomes and recommendations to the Property Manager.
Manage maintenance and repair requests.
Monitor and manage rental arrears.
Provide guidance and advice to tenants and landlords.
Maintain accurate records and manage property details using company software.
We are looking for someone who :
Holds an Assistants Agent Certificate.
Has administration and customer service experience.
Real estate experience a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Is driven, impeccably presented, professional and customer orientated.
Enjoys a balance of desk time and being out of the office.
Excellent attention to detail when it comes to presentation.
Work for a multi award winning agency. We are not a franchise, we are 8 offices located in Sydney CBD, Crows Nest, Pyrmont Woolloomooloo, Waterloo, Riverwood, Newington & Penrith but 1 big team across Sydney.
