We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our team in St Kilda. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate by supporting our property managers with the day-to-day running of a busy residential rental portfolio.

This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Property Manager, with training, support, and hands-on experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants

Conducting routine inspections and prepare ingoing/outgoing condition reports

Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders

Assist with leasing duties, including conducting open homes and processing tenancy applications

Handle general ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations across the department

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express (preferred)

Previous experience in a property management or real estate support role

A customer-first mindset and professional attitude

Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation (or willingness to learn)
